b usiness had up eight 100,000+ square foot locations (50K+ sku’s) with nearly 2,000 employees

generating about $360 million in sales in 1996…district management team was experiencing low

morale with limited understanding as to performance expectations and limited skills to execute a

p lan to driver rapid growth and profitability strategy

• In 90 days analyzed the business and key staff and put in place the initiatives that were

i nstrumental in driving growth from $360 million in 1996 to $485 million in 1999…

consistently drove double digit increases in pre-tax profits

consistently driving gross sales and profit margins
