Develops and implements a Safety Management program reflecting
client requirements and industry best practices. Develops safety
guidelines for client's EHS environment to be implemented by our
Engineering and FM teams. Monitors performance against key
performance indicators including uptime and business
interruptions.
Understands the engineering design and operational aspects of the
facility's systems and equipment. Must be able to immediately
recognize system shortcomings and respond to operational and
emergency situations. Works collaboratively with the assigned
vendors to ensure contract work is completed safely.
Provides support aimed at expanding the capabilities of the
operations and maintenance staff. Specific duties include and are
not limited to: demonstrating the proper use and care of tools
and instruments, giving hands on instruction in basic maintenance
, safety and troubleshooting procedures.
Participates in facility review, new system construction, and
other planning activities of the facility and data center
departments. Manages and monitors construction and repair
projects assigned by client.
Support budget development to ensure EHS environment
considerations are reflected and agreed to by the client.
Recommends and safety improvements for inclusion in the annual
budget.
Complies with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage and
disposal of hazardous materials. Maintains a clean and safe
workspace.
Performs other duties as assigned. Serves as the day-to-day
contact with the owner's representative, including reporting and
tracking.

and regulations. Participated in, and conducted incident
investigations and reviews as a method of safety improvement at all
levels.

Began project involved with reading blueprints, set up forms, directed
laborers, set up safety program start up. Implemented training and
monitoring of safety behaviors and performance. Finished the job
engaged in punch list items to satisfy land owners. Maintained

Field safety/Carpenter
Duties included but not limited to coordination with all teams and
crews for this phased demolition and replacement of the existing
bridge structure, grade and grade checking, utilities work, concrete
placement and landscaping. Emphasis was heavily placed on community
relations as this was an often disruptive activity for the area
citizens and businesses. Coordinated with all other field safety reps
to ensure the workers safety on the highway.
