Successfully managed a wide variety of software projects, including

major consumer products, product software components, product

enhancements and fixes, and significant data processing efforts.

. Managed the design and development and coordinated the testing and

release of several major EPC infrastructure components required by all

ProQuest EPC products.

- Initiated the application of project management practices to these

architectural software components. These formalized practices helped

improve planning and communication, resulting in the project exceeding

business expectations by releasing with all EPC products on schedule

and without defect.

- Managed full breadth of the development life cycle, including needs

DC via regular meetings to address EPC user concerns and data content.
