operation for the Boeing 737. Directed Assembly, Manufacturing

Engineering, Material Planning, and Quality Assurance in a Focused Factory

environment. Used lean manufacturing concepts, including percent load

charts, takt time, and action item lists, in the department with these

. Provided operations voice to the customer for conference calls and

quarterly program reviews

. Implemented moving line for the pre-bond assembly

Monrovia facility to a start up facility in Guaymas, Mexico.

certified. Implemented Lean Manufacturing and a second shift with the

following results:

. Managed the doubling of staff on the floor, increasing regular

employee head count from 45 to 90 employees in a period of 9 months.

. Reduced scrap by 16.7% from $300k to $250k.
