QUALIFICATION

I feel my background will be useful in many industries due to the fact

that while I have worked at one company in a 26-year period. G.F.

Goodman is a machinery manufacturer in the Rubber and Plastic tube and

profile extrusion Industries making cutters, pullers and Cooling tanks

utilizing AC/DC motors & drives, Clutch/Brakes and Servo systems for

the automotive, housing, medical and consumer products. I started from

the most basic position (gofer and entry level machinist) to Sales

manager. During this climb through the ranks, I have traveled to and

worked with hundreds to thousands of customers and personalities. Some

companies I have dealt with were very small, some were quite large.

Through out this period, problem solving, technical and product

development issues were the way to increase sales. Even though I was

in a sales capacity, I have always worked with my hands to resolve

issues. The right answer isn't always the easiest resolution to any

problem.

I am a the sales director for acquiring Customers that require

Plastic Pressure or

Vacuum Thermoforming products. These products are required in

the medical,

Transportation, and Engineering industries.

2008 to 2009: Absolute Machinery, Worcester, MA 01610

Sales Rep for AEC Inc. who provides auxiliary

equipment for extrusion,

Injection Molding, sheet, blow molding and

blown film processors in the

plastics, food, Chemical, pharmaceutical,

printing and machine tool

industries.

2006 to 2008: Realtor at Mary Enck Realty, Inc. Albrightsville,

PA. 18210

I was a Realtor in charge of listing properties and

working with Buyers from start to

settlement.

1980 to 2006: G. F. Goodman & Son Inc. Ivy land, Pa.

Machinery manufacturer in the rubber, plastic tube and

profile extrusion Industries making products for

the Automotive, housing, medical and

consumer products.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2009 to 2010: CW Thomas LLC. Philadelphia, PA 19136

Responsibilities include selling Plastic Pressure and Vacuum

Forming Parts in various

industries. We would produce parts from

.050" to .600" thick as large as 5' X 9'

which can be designed by the customer or

by us. I report to the VP of Sales and

worked the territory of the entire US.

Trade Show set up, Participation and break

down is all required.

2008-2009: Sales Representative (Absolute Machinery Inc.)

Responsibilities include selling and specifying

auxiliary plastics equipment in the extrusion and Molding

industries located in eastern PA., NJ, MD and DE territories.

Reporting monthly to the owners of the company pertaining to

sales volume. Trade Show set up, Participation and break down

is all required.

2006- 2008: Real Estate Agent ( Mary Enck Realty, Inc.)

Working with Buyers and Sellers through the process of

looking to buy or list

to sell Real Estate. When an offer is to be proposed, I would then

generate the legal documents to

eventually convey the property for the buyer or seller.

1999/2006: Sales Manager (G. F. Goodman & Sons Inc.)

Responsibilities include selling equipment and

managing two other sales people with nationwide sales as well

as Canada, Mexico and Overseas transactions. Monthly reporting

to the owners of the company pertaining to sales and design.

Trade Show set up, Participation and break down was all

required. Travel was required throughout US, Canada and part

of Mexico.

1990-1999: Application Engineer (G. F. Goodman & Sons Inc.)

Responsible for locating customers to purchase

machinery, responding to inquiries for machinery, listen to

customer's requirements and recommending suitable machinery,

blade design and Cut Quality to meet customer's requirements,

developing quotations for same and selling proposals. Follow

up with customers after delivery of machinery to assure

customer satisfaction with machinery purchased. Background as

machinist and mechanical/electrical assembly enhances ability

to sell equipment. Travel was required throughout US, Canada

and part of Mexico.

1986-1990: Customer Service Manager (G. F. Goodman & Sons Inc.)

Responsibilities included entire customer service process

from inspecting new machines to rebuilding older machines in

the field for this manufacturer of post extrusion machinery

for the rubber and plastic profiles industries.

Responsibilities also include: talking customers

through mechanical and electrical trouble shooting over the

phone; making recommendations for spare parts inventories;

installing new equipment on customer production lines as well

as blade design and Cut Quality; training maintenance and

operating personnel on the care and use of machinery; making

recommendations for improving customer's process to get the

most out of machinery purchased.

Positive results were achieved largely through

making design changes on the company's product line to reduce

or eliminate common customer problems. These changes included

modification in electrical wiring, mechanical assemblies as

well as electronic components and design changes.

Towards the goal of better customer service,

additional responsibilities were accepted to assist salesman

in specifying the machinery for specific application;

performing all in house trials to develop techniques and or

components for customer requirements. Travel was required

throughout US, Canada and part of Mexico.

1983-1986: Electrical Assembler/Customer Service Technician

(G. F. Goodman & Sons Inc.)

Responsibilities included: wiring and installing all

electronic/mechanical components for all standard and non-

standard equipment; test machinery for proper operation:

installed machinery in the field; blade design and Cut

Quality issues; handled the overflow of customer service

calls, which included mechanical/electrical problem

diagnosis. Travel was required throughout US, Canada and part

of Mexico.

1980-1983: General Shop Assembly Worker (Machinist) (G. F. Goodman &

Sons Inc.)

Assembled all styles of standard and special machinery;

machined the various

components that made up the machine being

assembled.
