all Maintenance activities (Staff size 7 1 supervisor, 1 skilled

worker, 1 groundskeeper, 1 shipping & receiving 1 matron and 2 crossing

guards). Construction activities, both contracted and in house projects

including coordinating architectural and engineering services, bidding

and contracting services. Overseeing all Transportation activities

involving 10 buses, 6 vehicles and 10 support vehicles (Staff size 1

supervisor, 7 drivers 1 part time worker). Coordinating Food Service

Operations for the District. (Staff size 1 supervisor, 9 kitchen

workers). Scheduling of District Facilities for non-educational

activities. Responsible for establishing and monitoring all budgets for

each division. Coordinate all activities with the Arizona State School

Facilities Board.
