“Dallas Rail Transit System”.

Hanover R.S limited partnership out of Houston, TX

Title: Assistant Superintendent

2008 - 2009 – The Ashton 101 (Austin, TX)

This project is a 259 unit residential high rise with a 6 floor below ground garage and pool deck.

Project is estimated to cost $81,000,000.00.

2006 – 2008 -The Cirque (Dallas, TX)

This project is a high end, 28 story residential apartment complex with 252 units with a 6 floor

garage and pool deck. It also included a second and third floor luxurious club house. The cost

to build this project was about $60,000,000.00.

2004 – 2006 -The Lofts at Las Colinas (Irving, TX)

This project involved in refurbishing / rebuilding fire damaged garage and complex and

eventually finishing the project. The four story urban lofts apartment complex consists of 240

units with a luxurious clubhouse and two court yards. The project estimated cost was

$39,000,000 with an additional $18,000,000 in fire damage.

Duties performed but not limited to:

Wall and ceiling cover up inspection.

- Punch list for MEP’s before cover up

- Punch list for fire caulk in corridors and demising walls

Managing subcontractors to complete finish end.

- Maintain and track subcontractor progress with a three week look ahead schedule

- Create punch lists (rough and final)

- Schedule appliance deliveries – track serial and modal numbers of all appliances

- Quality control of all FHA / ADA regulations.
