I am currently registered as independent consultant in providing guidance
to industry concerning environmental, health and safety practices and
providing periodic temporary project support on compliance and continuous
improvement practices. Projects have included review product designs,

EHS Manager
MacDonald's Industrial Products (MIP) was an automotive manufacturer of die
casted aluminum, plated, painted and plastic injection mold automotive
parts. MIP operated and maintained over 500,000 square feet of
manufacturing space in the Grand Rapids community. It also maintained
additional 750,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities in Detroit, MI.,

Senior Compliance Specialist
The Traverse Group is an environmental consulting firm for public and
private manufacturing companies in the Midwest. I functioned as the Sr.
Regulatory Compliance Specialist responsible for special compliance
projects, permitting, and other regulatory management tasks that support
compliance with health, safety and environmental matters. My clients
required assistance in product liability, environmental and health
permitting, manufacturing practice reporting and public reporting, and
assistance with product health, safety and environmental impact analysis.
Projects included lead auditor and project developer for continuous

toxicology reports for the USDA research related to agriculture, farm and
veterinarian medicine. Interests included report gathering and statistical
analysis for teratology and toxicology results for FDA approval. Acting as
Senior Compliance Manager of the EHS Consulting Practice for The Traverse
Group, I continued to work for The Upjohn Corporation when acquired by
Warner Lambert in 1993. Warner Lambert outsourced much of its health and
