I was the Project Manager for the IBIZ Mall Project based at VBC. I was the

Project Manager through construction of the Mall and Bowling Alley to the

set up, management and operating of the Mall center. This included over 12

retail stores, 4 food court stores, and further project construction of

additional stores. I also established a new LSA on VBC for the shop staff

of over 80 people.

Reed Incorporated (USA)

I was one of the Business Development Managers for Reed Inc. Although we

were based in Baghdad Iraq, our office served the entire company in all

global locations: Iraq, Afghanistan, Sudan, USA, and Europe. As such we

were required to keep up to date with all contracting related information

for each sector (Laws, general contract clauses FAR, DOD regulations etc).

We wrote all proposals for the company to include full operational

planning. I liaised directly with current and potential clients, the GoI

and the US Military as required.

I combine my ability to speed read, analyze and comprehend at enhanced

speeds to produce a detailed synopsis for released RFP's or client

requests for the entire Reed Management staff in all countries including

the USA HQ, normally under 1 hour, depending on the number of sub-clauses

and sections per RFP. This enables the corporate body and local management

of Reed to quickly assess if the RFP is of interest and whom in the company

we need to utilize for input and quickly form the basis of an operational

plan. All this in turn increases the companies' productivity and ability to

respond to multiple RFPs/ Client request simultaneously.

Baghdad and Iraq, in soft skin vehicles with 2 Iraqi workmates as

chaperones/security.

Between 1999 and 2007 I worked with the DOJ (Department of Justice, USA)

and DHS (Department of Homeland Security) and other elements of the USG, as

a civilian. At this time I am unable to comment on the specifics of my

work, however my work involved:

Extensive inner travel within the USA

Photographic analysis

Usage of various concealed recording devices, audio and visual

Analysis of various terrorist groups both domestic and foreign

Video analysis

Assignments that included no CQ Backup and no usage of PPE or defensive

weapons in hostile environments

Constant usage of my ability to speed read and my photographic memory

Recognition of explosive devices, or ingredients for HME.

Weapons and ammunition recognition

Narcotic recognition

Usage of various types of computer software
