Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing technical support for all fabric processes including maintenance of process specifications, maintaining quality
systems for TS 16949 - assuring that all documentation is accurate, approved and applies to current processes. I also work
directly with suppliers - most notably greige fabric suppliers and ensuring their incoming products meet quality standards, and
assist in ensuring that all procedures relating to safety, quality, and 5S are understood and followed by all associates. I also
provide coverage for any shift supervisor absences/vacations.

CNC Machine Technician/Assembly Line Technician
Began with Eaton as a technician in the assembly department building transmissions for heavy duty trucks. Placed in the
“rover” position and had a working knowledge of every job on the line. Responsibilities included: filling in for any absent
associates, training of new associates, assisting any area having problems, and assisting the coach in any area needed.
Transferred in 2007 to the machining side of the plant and was responsible for running CNC equipment in the Smooth Bore
Gear Department. This included the operation of an Okuma lathe, Gleason hob, and a Churchill gear shaver. Laid off May
2009.
