including P&L responsibility. Initiated and developed complete China

General Motors, 2004-2006
Project Lead - Led the advanced diesel engine control system development.
- Led the project for a production vehicle and met the challenges of
better performance and very strict emission standards. Coordinated the
development works of a diverse team and covered the development cycle
from the algorithm development, implementation to dyno and vehicle
calibration and testing.
- With the advanced control technique, the diesel engine system met
federal emission standard without using NOx after-treatment (saving of
$1000 per vehicle).
- Applied advanced statistical analysis in the project and filed five
patent applications within two years of the new job.
Motorola Inc., 2000-2004
Technical Specialist - Led the technology development and consulting
projects in the areas of model based electrical control systems
development and in-vehicle networks. Consulted major US automotive
companies and suppliers in electrical control systems and network design.
Expert on vehicle architecture, embedded software and hardware, OSEK,
MBD, auto-code generation, and in-vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Flexray).
- Received Motorola Bravo Award for top-ranked work performance.
- Played leading role and successfully completed important projects for
