Senior Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst/Business Analyst - 2004-2007

--Led the Implementation of a large-scale business infrastructure move

requiring the coordination of software, hardware, network engineering,

application support teams.

the entire Lockbox Operations site (comprised of more than 200 hundred

persons, numerous network devices, telecommunications equipment, desktop

computers, and track controllers; zero impact to 2500+ client base worth

--Hired and recruited 20+ technical/business analyst for mission-critical

production support Lockbox operations and passport operations in

California, Illinois, and Delaware (technical temps and data services

persons including one manager) to support incoming federal government for

public sector business.

--Led an initiative to build a web portal its primary objective: to

centralize all operations Information so it is easily accessible to the

floor managers and to Senior managers. Direct hire of 5 persons (3 project

managers, 1 developer (.NET), and one excel analysts

--Managed and supported NICE Logger; performed as a Witness (call recording

systems) Administrator; executed backups for PBX and in-house ACD system

--Developed software utility to assist the software developers in managing

the migrations of wholesale/retail lockboxes from legacy VAX. This utility

was written with UNIX utilities to perform data migration, data scrubs,

data repository creation. This utility reduced the time line for migration

from 3 to 5 years to 1.5 years. Savings $1 million+.

--Performed as the COB/Disaster recovery Lead for Customer Service which

included phone systems, customized workstations, and internal applications

to ensure continuity of business during short-to-long-term outages.

-Defined and implemented an integrated approach to business continuity

planning. Worked closely with business units, IT infrastructure, and

external vendors to ensure that customer service could recover mission

critical production voice systems; wrote and developed a business

continuity communication/training program used by over 200 employees within

the client services organization - used for audit and compliance adherence.
