management, infrastructure, telecom, and data center operations to meet

corporate and local initiatives. As IT manager:

> Served as site SAP Service Manager and SAP Release Manager.

> Authored business cases for information/infrastructure solutions to

o Lead Cross functional team to be the first site to replace Catalyst

warehouse management system with SAP's IM/MM module after go-live

of initial SAP. Conversion process became the model for other

corporate plant sites to follow

. Led site to be first in the manufacturing value cycle to:

o Establish a Quality resource directly responsible for IT Systems.

o Take responsibility for Process Automation data historian (DH)

systems.

o Wireless network for business computers at a manufacturing site.

o Install multiple global IT Systems (Provided site IT resources,

project management, and process design).

. Improved IT system quality operations by combining separate IT and

Business quality systems into one site quality system.

. Multiple activities to reduce departmental spend and allocate IT costs
