I have over twenty years of diverse management experience. I am a
"hands on" Professional and enjoy working with employees to help break
down the barriers that sometimes exist between front line employees
and management, resulting in an excellent team that is willing to give
100% and expect to be held to a high standard. My experience in the
manufacturing environment covers every aspect from employee relations
to quality and results in a successful operation. I have learned many
lessons through plant closures and acquisitions and work well within
budgetary controls as a result. I work well during the most stressful
situations, such as company closures and layoffs, or growing at such a
rate it is difficult to maintain the workforce (emergency staffing for
FEMA during Katrina) and I have always exceeded expectations and met
the deadlines set.

The key to being a successful Plant Manager is budgetary controls,
setting high standards and maintaining them and employee relations.
Once a solid, content workforce is established, planning for future
growth and cross training the existing workforce will help assure that
the company goals and objectives will be met and profitability will
increase.
Salary is negotiable. However my current salary is $80,000 with
bonus potential of up to 25%.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
