development of college recruiting strategy.
Assigned to Walmart International People team to assist with organizational restructure
within the International Operations Division. Project length November 2009 – January
2010.
Senior Manager, Campus Relations – Responsible for all college intern programs including
undergraduate internship program, MBA/graduate internship program, all externship/special
projects associated with colleges and universities and the Adopt-A-Campus Program in corporate
and field offices. Manage three direct reports, MBA Recruiter, Corporate Internship/Adopt-A-
Campus Program Manager and a Program Coordinator. Budget responsibilities of $650,000 in
operating budget and $110,000 in school scholarship and sponsorship budget. Relationship
responsibility between Walmart and Students in Free Enterprise World Headquarters, as well as
SIFE competitions at the regional, national, and world levels and SIFE student recruitment.
Engagement in national MBA diversity events . Lead on National Association of Women MBA.
Currently creating overarching campus recruiting strategy for core universities and military in
order to create a unified recruiting approach and consistent employment brand for Walmart

MBA Recruiter/Program Manager – Responsible for all aspects of strategic recruitment,
selection, and conversion of MBA interns for placement in Wal-Mart corporate office MBA
Leadership Program. Recruitment efforts included corporate presentations and extensive
relationship building with MBA students, faculty, and business school administration on the
campuses of top tier business schools across the United States. Management of MBA
scholarship budget. Served as subject matter expert regarding MBA talent for Walmart hiring
managers. Managed MBA intern program throughout the summer internship up to, and including,
conversion to full time hire placement upon graduation. Managed full-time MBA Leadership
Rotation Program. Developed and presented MBA Leadership Rotation Program to Walmart
International HR senior leadership (proposed pilot program in China, Brazil, and Mexico). Served

billion in revenue and 200,000 employees worldwide. Area of responsibility included the western,
southern, and southeastern United States. Collaboration and participation with ARAMARK
corporate staffing team meetings and projects across all lines of business. Special HR projects
which included the implementation of a web-based applicant tracking system (ATS), training
hiring managers on ATS procedures using web-based delivery (WebEx and Centra) and
classroom training, diversity recruitment strategies, driving the employee referral program,
creation and implementation of Business Services recruitment collateral, and training of Hiring
Managers regarding staffing policies and procedures. Responsibilities also included college
