Acted as customer representative for new build and refurbishment construction projects.

January 1993 to January 2006: Construction Manager

Responsibilities included construction management of developments consisting of economical

single family homes, luxury homes, multi-level town homes, and garden apartments. In each

development, managed all aspects of construction from ground up to include owner/tenant

turnover and quality/warranty service.

January 1986 – December 1992: Project Manager

Smith Industries Aerospace & Defense Systems, Inc.

Designed and manufactured High tech aircraft systems for the US Military.

Full responsibility for Design/Development/Integration and Acceptance Testing/Signoff as

well as Customer-Company Liaison to assure timely, cost effective and compliant delivery of

Equipment and Systems. Budget, Task and Schedule developer from “self defined” and

administered WBS (work breakdown structure) as predicated by customer SOW (statement

of work)

January 1981 – December 1985: Program Manager

Reflectone Flight Simulations, Inc. Tampa, FL

Primarily designed and produced Full Envelope Flight simulators for operator and maintenance

training (commercial and military).

Responsible for all aspects of Project inclusive of Engineering/Quality/Production and

Integration Testing. Was appointed “Field Representative” off-site, to establish guidelines

and itinerary for Reassembly/Testing of product at final destination.

reviews of plans & specifications.
