SUMMARY:
Mr. Miller has over twenty experience years as a Safety Professional which
span's from Several Industries such as power plants, oil and gas,
pharmaceutical which involves the use of clean rooms, and working with
Union and Non-Union to accomplish completion. His construction experience
encompasses following areas of expertise: Safety, QA/QC, carpentry,
management of data communications and management of personnel. He conducts
site safety inspections; performing risk assessments; developing written
policies and safe operating procedures, preparing safety manuals and
interpreting health and safety regulations.
He has been an advisor/consultant to management for the coordination and
implementation of the company and site specific safety and health policies

and corrective action, (B) inspection analysis and needed corrective
actions, (C) trend analysis, and (D) safe work procedures, and writes and
implements Safety Incentive Programs.
He ensures the preparation and submittal of required Safety and Health
record keeping information and documentation of required Safety and Health
record keeping information such as: (A) Inspections, (B) Training, (C)
Personnel File, (D) First Aid Logs, (E) OSHA 300 Log, (F) Competent Person,
(G), etc. He provides safety evaluations of workers and supervisors to
management as necessary.
He has been responsible for verifying certifications and permits and
required Hazard Communication Program (which must meet Federal and State
Safety Requirements.) He tracks safe work hours of all subcontractors and
monitors the project's performance, such as safety discrepancies and safety
observations.
He inspects reports such as subcontractors' Safety Policies, Procedures and
Documentation. He develops a Project Safety Program that incorporates
OSHA, Company, and other regulatory requirements. He monitors the trade
contractors' safety activities for compliance with their programs and
advises client and trade contractors when there are deviations from the
contractors' safety program. He develops a project specific safety program
for Company employees and maintains records and information as required by
Project Safety Program. He provides interface with client for all safety
issues between construction and the operations plant. He writes and
updates (Hasap) Hazard assessment and reports to Corporate Safety and to
upper management on site specifics.
