understands managerial data. Orders merchandise new product, to replenish merchandise on
hand, verifies delivery of merchandise, ensures quality, compares record with merchandise
ordered, and reports discrepancies. Trains workers in company policies, department procedures,
and job duties. Understands the basics of store accounting. Stays current with market trends
