Responsibilities:
Complete Financial Management oversight, including the strategic financial
modeling for each project financing campaign, construction cash flow
management and operation cash flow projections for bringing each project on
line. Working relationship with Management Committee (the working Board of
Directors) on all development expenses, variances, and financial reporting.
Selecting and working with a large public accounting firm on year-end audits

and tax returns. Co-labored with the COO, CTO on the project design build
contract, reviewing technologies ensuring accurate costing and cost effective
value engineering ensuring overall budget constraints.
