Manages all administrative aspects of Public Works Department. Assists in preparing departmental

budget and keeps precise bookkeeping record of expenditures. Maintains department personnel

records, prepares payroll and maintains accurate count of employee sick and vacation leave

balances. Responsible for submitting payroll requests including step raises and promotions.
