2001 - 2004 HR Representative III - BAE Systems Fort Walton Beach FL - lead

recruiter for 5 different sites, managed office in Director's absence,

served as POC for Government audits - AAP audits, salary audits, Served as

primary HR POC for integration team for PeopleSoft implementation from

Deltek/Costpoint; handled employee relations and benefits issues.

2007. HR Manager - Aerospace Integration Corporation (AIC)

(acquired by MTC Technologies and then BAE Systems in 2008) Crestview FL

Recruited over 100 Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanics and Avionics Technicians

as well as Engineering and Professional positions (contracts, business

development, financial analysts, procurement) in the first year and over

125 in the next year. Served on integration team for Deltek/Costpoint as

AIC migrated to the system. Established policies and procedures for

applicant tracking, Performance Evaluations, recruiting - all areas. Served

as focal point for government audits. Due to background knowledge, worked

with finance and accounting to manage FPRA (forward pricing rates) for bids

and contracts and worked with DCAA to ensure compliance. Trained managers

on all policies and procedures and flowed training down to employees.

Promoted to Director of Human Resources in 2007. Reported originally to CFO

then to Executive VP. Served as Public Relations/Human Resources rep as

AIC expanded and built a 100,000 sq foot hangar facility in Albertville,

AL. Met with local officials and developed relationships attending local

Chamber events, Rotary meetings and community events. Hired the initial

workforce that started at the hangar which was over 40 people and oversaw

transfer agreements for employees transferring to the site.

2007- 2009 AIC merged with MTI in Fort Walton Beach so I inherited some

600 employees (San Antonio, TX, Roy, UT, Huntsville, AL and Warner Robins,

GA) to oversee as we integrated into one company. Supervised HR staff from

FL and served as primary HR POC for integration team (PeopleSoft, Policies

and Procedures, etc). Handled all employee relations issues, Oversaw

recruiting, benefits administration, event coordination, facilitation of

training. Provided HR metrics to Sr. Executives at Monthly MBRS and IPTs.

Served on the TAP (Transition Placement Panels) at Eglin and Hurlburt

Field, FL. Handled all areas of HR as we integrated into the BAE Systems

policies and procedures framework.
