In search of a progressive company that is looking for a hands-on, results

oriented Supervisor.

Qualifications:

I have 20 years of management experience working with union and non-union

employees. I've had the opportunity to successfully manage from 7 to 110

employees at any given time. I have additional experience in assembly line

production and compressed molding with knowledge of steel and fiberglass.

I also have experience working with robotic welding and blow molding

systems.

7-08 to 9/09

Injection Molding Supervisor

Supervised 14 employees including Mold Tech, Mold Changers and the Press

Operators. Was accountable for maximum production with limited amount of

man power. Responsible for efficiently changing molds when one order was

complete to start and complete new order.

General Motors, Defiance, OH

11-07 to 12/07

Production Supervisor

Supervised in crank shaft and broach areas. Supervised 17 UAW members.

TI Automotive, Ossian, IN

2002- 2007

Production Supervisor

Supervised both 2nd and 3rd shift assembly line for production of gas tanks

for Ford, GM, Chrysler, Honda and Nissan products. Oversee the team

leaders on the blow molding and robotic welding. Had responsibility for

up to 8 lines with a 110 people.

Therma Tru, Butler, IN

1994 - 2002

Production Supervisor

Successfully established a new fiberglass production line enabling

fiberglass product to run separately from the steel product on all three

shifts. Increased production by an additional 2000 doors per day.

Transferred to third shift and successfully increased their production

level.

Instructed and supervised 25 to 45 employees in assembly production.
