Injection Molding Supervisor
Supervised 14 employees including Mold Tech, Mold Changers and the Press
Operators. Was accountable for maximum production with limited amount of
man power. Responsible for efficiently changing molds when one order was
complete to start and complete new order.

Production Supervisor
Supervised in crank shaft and broach areas. Supervised 17 UAW members.

Production Supervisor
Supervised both 2nd and 3rd shift assembly line for production of gas tanks
for Ford, GM, Chrysler, Honda and Nissan products. Oversee the team
leaders on the blow molding and robotic welding. Had responsibility for
up to 8 lines with a 110 people.

Production Supervisor
Successfully established a new fiberglass production line enabling
fiberglass product to run separately from the steel product on all three
shifts. Increased production by an additional 2000 doors per day.
Transferred to third shift and successfully increased their production
level.
