Tooling Engineer 1994
Responsible for assuring the proper forging and secondary operation
tooling and accessories are available in sufficient quantities, on a
timely basis to meet production requirements. Conducted approved die
trials, studies and projects to improve die performance. Supervision of
Die Maintenance and Die Setup employees. Proficient in AutoCad, used to
maintain drawing records of tooling.
Maintenance Supervisor / Engineering 1993 - 1994
Supervised and delegated work assignments to 12 hourly employees within
the Plant Maintenance, Janitorial, and Die Maintenance activates on the
off shifts. Strong knowledge of Industrial Waste Water Pre-Treatment
function within the plant. Provided monitoring, data collection and
reporting to the Local Regulatory Agency.
Project Engineer 1990 - 1993
Responsible for all phases in the development of the Aluminium Impact
Extrusion Department and new product line from customer concept,
prototype development, manufacturing methods and processes, equipment
specification, acquisition and installation, through to production.
Special expertise in the design and development to aluminum impacts and
aluminum impact extrusion tooling. Broad expertise with the Federal,
State and local Environmental Regulatory Agency.
