Objective

I am seeking a position as a Chef for a high-class

establishment in a management or supervisor role where my

experience, which is broadly trained and highly disciplined in

the culinary field, can be used to produce a high quality

product for the guest and/or client.

Executive Chef

Over see all back of the house and front of the house

operations, serving breakfast, lunch, Fine dining dinner and

the catering department. Hire, manage and train thirty member

staff as well as hold full responsibility for P&L and budget

management. Responsibilities also include creation, updating,

and management of all menus and purchasing all supplies and

food product. Maintaining good relations with a Club Membership

of six hundred in addition to putting on demo cooking classes

for the Club Members.

Sous Chef de Cuisine

Responsible for food quality during dinner service, prepared

all stocks, soups and specials in Northern Nevada's only Five

Diamond restaurant at the time as well as sharing ordering and

menu creating responsibilities with the Chef de Cuisine.

Lead Line Chef

Worked and trained on all cooking stations including: Broiler,

Saut , Expo and Pantry. Prepared nightly dinner specials, soups

in addition to butchering all cuts of meat for dinner service.

International Food Court, Peppermill Hotel Casino, Reno, NV

Lead Line Chef

Worked all stations in an eclectic, upscale Food Court where

meals are prepared in front of the guests.

Chef

Family owned and operated coffee shop serving breakfast and
