Qualifications

Over 27 years experience in designing, developing and testing real-time and information systems

software on a variety of hardware platforms and operating systems including VAX/VMS, Unix

and Windows. As a senior software analyst on the All Source Analysis System (ASAS) and

Distributed Common Ground System – Army (DCGS-A), analyzed requirements and designed

and coded software to interact with the Oracle and SQL Server databases using C/C++, .Net and

SQL languages. Integrated COTS software applications into the ASAS and DCGS-A systems

which involved requirements definition, software design, and software coding using MS

ACCESS, MS SQL Server and Oracle databases on remote hosts. Installed and administered

Oracle RDBMS (database), Sun Solaris (Unix), Microsoft Windows and networks using Ethernet

and TCP/IP protocols, and a World Wide Web interface; added network components and

configured network settings. Performed software quality evaluations required by Department of

Supported the CECOM SEC IFS, Ft. Huachuca, as a member of the ASAS/DCGS-A team as a

senior software analyst. Analyzed requirements and designed and coded software to interact with

software to compare data in different databases to achieve synchronization of the databases.
