Qualifications
Over 27 years experience in designing, developing and testing real-time and information systems
software on a variety of hardware platforms and operating systems including VAX/VMS, Unix
and Windows. As a senior software analyst on the All Source Analysis System (ASAS) and
Distributed Common Ground System – Army (DCGS-A), analyzed requirements and designed
and coded software to interact with the Oracle and SQL Server databases using C/C++, .Net and
SQL languages. Integrated COTS software applications into the ASAS and DCGS-A systems
which involved requirements definition, software design, and software coding using MS
ACCESS, MS SQL Server and Oracle databases on remote hosts. Installed and administered
