Project Superintendent, 2003 to 2006

• Three year CHA five phase project included:

o 111 total two story units

o Total rehab of building to house Shore Bank on main floor and rentable office

space on the second floor

• Two CHA high-rise buildings, simultaneously scheduled

o Project total approximately $15 Million

o Total rehab of occupied units

o 266 total units plus numerous common areas

o Both buildings completely tuck pointed and new windows installed

Project Superintendent, 1995 to 2003

•$20 million total renovation of 14 E Jackson St.- 18 stories including all new MEP's and

elevators

•Dozens of other tenant interior projects ranging from $100,000 to $8 million

Duties included:

•Planning procedures for construction on the basis of starting and completion times and

staffing requirements for each phase of construction

• Coordinating subcontractor daily activities and supervising up to 75 employees and

15+ direct employees

• Procuring equipment, labor, and materials to conform to work schedules

• Interacting with clients, building management and building owners on project details,

work status, and alterations

• Supervising work performance and troubleshooting worker problems, as well as

training and evaluation of employees
