Managed eCommerce, customer care and middleware implementations for

Carrefour, the 2nd largest retailer worldwide. All projects averaged 9 to

Brand, a UK based call center used Point's flagship CRM product enterprise

wide. The project lasted 12 months and required complex web-based

implementations including localization support of 12 different languages.

Developed design specifications, managed scope, assisted in vendor contract

negotiations and led system/unit testing. Trained and mentored teams on

new product solutions with integration points to business intelligence,

analytics, data mining and predictive modeling.
