* Successfully managed 60+ projects of varying sizes from end-to-end.
Examples of the types of projects led are Data Mapping/Data Feed,
Regulatory, Claims, Output, Policy Administration, etc.
* Responsible for creation of Statements of Work for projects over 80 hours
and obtaining approvals in order to start projects.
* Successfully managed a large-scale time sensitive project resulting from
a new channel strategy and sale of insurance business with significant IT
implications and requirement across three companies. This project
required that critical financial, compliance and claim data related to
the direct channel business be redirected from GAI's systems and fed into
the acquisitions company's data pool as of the effective date of the
sale. As a result, all required business functions relating to the sale
of the direct book of business ran seamlessly across all operations. The
project team was comprised of client resources, acquisition company's
resources and vendor consultants.

house developed tool.
