I managed all aspects of mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, and

software company in the world. I sought out potential acquisition targets,
licensing partners, and investment opportunities, conducted deal
negotiations, and managed acquisition integration. I also contributed to
the strategic planning for the division as part of the senior management
team.
My business development team was responsible for the first acquisition of a
publicly-traded company by Autodesk in ten years (valuation approximately
$300 million). In four months, we went from my initial contact with the
target, through relationship building, deal negotiations, and due
diligence, to deal signing. We closed five additional deals with a combined
value of approximately $50 million before I left Autodesk.
