. Created flexible software program that generated optimal production
orders that attained exceptional production: "Right Part, Right Time and
Right Quantity" and "Bill to Order" in a highly complicated process.
. Achieved 100% elimination of excess materials in-process and finished
goods inventories. 100% elimination of shortages of raw material at the
points of use. 100% elimination of excess and obsolete in-process and
finished goods inventories, and obtained 35% improvement in production
with the Lean Manufacturing Operational System (LMOS). Resulting $
885,000 dollars in savings. (Example of only one of the many plant's

. Analyzed, selected and defined key metrics and their benchmarks in
