Lean Manufacturing Regional Operations Superintendent - 12 Plants in

M xico - 8 years

. Created flexible software program that generated optimal production

orders that attained exceptional production: "Right Part, Right Time and

Right Quantity" and "Bill to Order" in a highly complicated process.

. Achieved 100% elimination of excess materials in-process and finished

goods inventories. 100% elimination of shortages of raw material at the

points of use. 100% elimination of excess and obsolete in-process and

finished goods inventories, and obtained 35% improvement in production

with the Lean Manufacturing Operational System (LMOS). Resulting $

885,000 dollars in savings. (Example of only one of the many plant's

. Partnered with Lean Team: planned, developed and led over 20 'Hands-On

Integrated LMOS Improvement' workshops annually. Closely collaborated

with two Toyota Sensei to execute in 12 plants the Operational System

production methods. Launched Lean Manufacturing System in: material

supermarket, lead preparation, cable cutting, engineering, final

assembly, manufacturing and Orders Production System, as well as raw

parts, sub-assemblies and finished goods were produced on schedule- 100%

sequential order and met customer's requirements.

. Analyzed, selected and defined key metrics and their benchmarks in

conjunction with A. T. Karney.

. Coordinated, standardized and implemented key metrics for 24 plants by

which a more objective evaluation of achievements, continuous

improvement results of each plant in comparison with previous

months/years and other plants.
