been published in journals of food and agricultural sciences,
enzymology, biotechnology, nutrition, and applied sciences. Most the
publications were concentrated in the area of enzyme purification
and application in different fields including agriculture and
pharmaceutical (available upon request). The findings had commercial
viability for medical, pharmaceutical, and food applications.
Examples include Journal of Food Chemistry, Journal of
Phytochemistry, Journal of Cereal Chemistry, Phytopathology,
Mushroom Research, and Derasat (available upon request). These
journals are well respected by the scientific community. ?-
