Clinical Nurse Manager (2005 – Present)
Responsible for all aspects of 24/7 care in a 30-bed women’s forensic unit.

Responsible for the Community Support Network of the State of Ohio for outpatient mental health services for a population
who have been determined “not guilty by reason of insanity” and “incompetent to stand trial.”

• Instituted changes, gave direction to staff and followed up closely to see that directives were carried out. Enlisted

• Interfaced with court system due to legal status of patients under our care, attended court hearings, and assisted in report

• Made recommendations and changes to service delivery system upgrading credentials of staff delivering care.
• Ensured center complied with Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO) standards
through record review, follow up, and tracking of data with actions needed.
