2009 - Present Supply Chain Manager - Tyco Electronics - Mansfield, Ohio
I am primarily responsible for the complete supply chain to support
production within an aerospace manufacturing plant. I am focused on the
logistics of materials management, purchasing, commodity management,
production control,warehousing, shipping and receiving, and inventory
control. I have daily hands on interaction with manufacturing, engineering,
new product development, sales and marketing, key world wide customers,
and other key divisions of the business. I also focus on overall global
commodities, with particular focus on mechanical assemblies and electronic
components with the understanding of how to match global commodities with
local sourcing requirements. I have responsibility for lean implementation
and responsible for continuous improvement process for all departments
