Specialist in Maximo, setup, use, data entry and file updating.
Experience in system-operations training.
PM planner in paint department with total control of PM system.
Responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to analysis
and reporting of maintenance related issues.
Responsible for processing and posting maintenance metrics weekly.
Open work orders within the CMMS/Maximo and update all applicable
information to achieve cost reduction.
Maintain inventory min/max controls.
Conduct/lead planning and scheduling meetings to determine work order
priorities
and communicate work order status, track and record maintenance
objectives to
schedule.
Skilled Trades Work Group Team Leader( SQDCME) and Team builder.

Maintain liaison with floor supervision and other managers regarding work
progress and altering work schedules and manpower needs.
Analyze maintenance and repair cycles that require systems shutdown and
make
recommendations for procedural and equipment changes that will increase
equipment efficiency and long range planning.
Follow RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) to completion.
Completely pro-active with RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance)
PMO (Preventive Maintenance Optimization) improvements are on going.
Fully utilizing Vibration Analysis, IR and Lubrication Management to
manage all maintenance and related material activities.
Analytical and organizational skills, able to be diplomatically
persuasive or assertive
when necessary.
Employment History
2007 - June to Present I took an early buyout package from Ford Mo Co, and
have been actively seeking employment as well as filling my time with
volunteer activities with my church .
1973 - June 2007 Ford Mo Co. PM Planner - Ford Dearborn Assembly Plant
(car and truck).
Instrumental in set up of complete Preventive Maintenance System starting
with Ford
(ECTA) system and then making the transition over to a Maximo system
within the Paint Dept. Duties include labeling ID of equipment, creating
job (task) plans and assigning jobs to various trades in a union
environment. Inventory assessment and assignment to P.M. plans and routes
on a daily basis. Worked to upgrade the lubrication system to better
reflect the needs of the plant.
Ford Steel Division, worked on Blast Furnace and all aspects on cast house
floor.
Worked in Construction Dept installing new equipment, Rouge Powerhouse
(power plant) performing maintenance and project work on a high speed
turbine rebuild.
Maintenance Supervisor, Working with a 23 man crew on Power and Free
(overhead conveyor) system, assigning project work and repairing
breakdowns during production.
