SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Thirty-four years experience with industrial instrumentation and
electrical systems, Twenty-Three of which are design related, twenty
years Distributive Control System (DCS) experience and one and one
half years procedure writing. Two years college completed toward an
Electrical Engineering degree at Lamar University. Graduate of the
U.S. Navy Nuclear Power Program as a Nuclear Qualified Electrician
(N.E.C. 3354), formally assigned to the Fleet Ballistic Submarine
U.S.S Daniel Webster, S.S.B.N. 626. Nine years experience in
Commercial Nuclear Power Plants. Preformed check-out and start-up on
various Nuclear Power plant systems. Experience has been obtained in
the preparation of Nuclear Technical Specification I&C Surveillance,
Nuclear Electrical, and Nuclear Operations Procedures and Clean Room
Sequence Of Operations Procedures for Clean Room systems which were
written using Microsoft Word. Recent assignments have involved
electrical and instrumentation designs using INTOOLs associated with
chemical plant/refinery environments utilizing CADD Microstation V8 or
Autodesk AUTOCADD 2008. Employment circumstances have provided
extensive opportunities to layout, and design instrumentation, as well
as, electrical systems by various manufacturers and in varied process
applications. Microsoft Visio was used for simplified logic diagrams.
Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Excel were used on various projects
as a planning and project management tool.

Performed design and verification of the cable tray systems for two
large scale Ethanol Production facilities. Assignment included the
review and markup of completed designs, verification of tray loading
requirements and the management of the cable routing database.
Preformed instrument design on a Benzene Reduction Unit in Louisiana,
and electric design on a ULSD Benzene Splitter in Wisconsin. Ensured
the complete systems met the requirements associated with N.E.C.
mandates and I.E.E.E. standards.

cabinet layouts, control logic evaluation, wire and conduit sizing,
