Position: Human Resource Manager.
Responsible for multi-plant Human Resource leadership of company policies
and procedures. Provided support for four (4) manufacturing plants and
Home Office attending to the H/R needs of the Corporation. Worked with
plant management on staffing, recruitment, employee relations, performance
issues. Also responsible for the plants safety program, W/C, U/C, FMLA
leave administration, training and payroll processing. I was the primary
contact with a Third Party Administrator (TPA) developing and implementing
voluntary benefits plans which included dental, life, vision, short term /
long term disability plans along with 401(k) plans for the salaried, hourly
non-union plants / union plant.

. Transitioned from Ceridian to ADP Time and Attendance payroll system.

Position: Human Resource Manager
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of 400 + hourly and 42 salaried
employees in the areas of employee and labor relations, safety and
training. Implemented programs aimed at reducing turnover, improving safety
performance and improving the overall morale of the plant. Planned special
events, safety celebrations and other events to recognize our employees.
. Improved safety incident rate from 12.51 (FY00) to 6.54 (FY01) to 5.28

. Improved Opinion Survey scores from 2.75 to 2.83.
. Served as Chairman of Sidney Refrigeration "Appreciation Day"
