Managed production, quality, engineering, maintenance, procurement,
materials, distribution, safety, health and environmental operations.

Revenue Generation:
. Improved productivity 20% while cutting inventory and expense 15% via
Lean Manufacturing. Reengineered a disorganized inventory system.
Determined appropriate inventory by demand and not as an arbitrarily
set target. Generated a demand history-based forecast that established
reorder quantities and trigger points. Freed working capital and
slashed scrap and waste that had resulted from unnecessary raw
material shelf life expirations.
. Introduced Kanban principles and procedures, reduced static inventory
