South Bend Hospital & Clinics – South Bend, IN – Three story

hospital, clinic, & medical office building. 100,000sq/ft of new

construction=steel frame with brick. 50,000sq/ft remodel of existing

building at a cost of $34,000,000. Services include: 7 OR ambulatory

surgery center, diagnostic imaging center with MRI, mammography,

ultrasound, audiology, medical office suites, 3 story pre-cast parking

structure(300 parking spaces), and a 2 story pre-cast parking
