EMPLOYMENT
February, 2007 – Present
Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies Springdale, AR
Process Controls Programmer/Assistant Manager
• Develop automation concepts that make our process operate more efficiently
while maintaining high safety standards.
• Design and build control cabinets to accommodate process controls including
Electrical Schematics that are used for our electricians and programmers to complete
a project and then later used for maintenance to troubleshoot equipment.
• Oversee Electrical and Controls Installations start to finish including startup at
the end of the project.
• Writing PLC programs and developing HMI’s for new and existing equipment
throughout our facilities.
• Maintaining and Troubleshooting any issues we may have with any of our
equipment or any of our processes.
• I have spent the last 18 months developing and overseeing the electrical and
controls for a new Facility we have built in Watts OK. I made sure all of the electrical;
from the high voltage switchgear to the MDP’s and then to the low voltage panels and
MCC’s, was properly sized and properly installed. I also developed a total plant
control system that was used to design and build all of our process control cabinets
and install the electrical. I insured that the electricians installed all controls and
electrical to our standards and I relayed necessary information to the programmers in
our group to be sure that everyone stays on the same page throughout the project.
