Project 1: PSIT is a group that supports the implementation of the helix

program. As a part of PSIT I am involving in testing the implementation of

the helix statements and letters. The objective of this testing is to

verify and validate the new functionality incorporated for helix.

Project 2: ProphIT is a contact center workflow based system, which

facilitates agents of contact center in accessing the credit card account

details stored in TS2 system. The various users of this system could be

customer service, collections, and fraud agents. Depending on access

privileges agents of contact centers can access various account information

and workflows. ProphIT has a web browser and is also integrated with VRU

and OAS net banking platform, in the front end. ProphIT is fully integrated

with TS2 in the back end and also with other OTS and decision-making

systems through various interfaces.

Project 3: In the current environment, Deposit Statements (account

statements for Checking, Interest Checking, Rewards Checking, Money Market

Demand Deposit, Savings, Certificate of Deposit, and Individual Retirement

Accounts) are composed on the Fidelity Host System and sent to an external

vendor, FDR (First Data Resources), for rendering. There are different

statement formats for accounts based on region, i.e., statements in the

South look different than statements in the North.

With the onset of the Chevy Chase Bank (CCB) Integration, the Consumer

business decided to create a Nationally Branded Deposit Statement that

would meet the needs of all Capital One branch accounts, North, South and

eventually the integrated CCB. Creating a new, dynamic statement template

on the Fidelity Host seemed to be inordinately difficult, so the decision

was made to "rehost" the Deposit Statement composition and archiving

process to the Capital One platform (currently used for Credit Card and

National Direct Bank statements). Commercial and Small Business statements

were subsequently added to the scope, further to take advantage of the

National Branding initiative.
