present
Dean, School of Technology Owens Community College responsible for overall
operational and financial effectiveness of the School of Technology.
Overall responsibility for curriculum development and revision, budgeting,
employment, accreditation, recruitment, retention, fundraising, and
continuous quality improvement.
. Saved the college approximately $100K per year by consolidating course
offerings to improve labor efficiencies

various industries to deploy next generation technologies to support
business development for commercial and governmental agencies. Pursued
another career opportunity when the grant funding expired.

1993
Operations Manager - coordinated with customers from diverse industries to
design and manufacture blow molds, jigs, fixtures, gages, models, patterns,
rotational molds, forging dies, stamping dies, SMC tooling, RIM molding,
prototypes, lost wax molds, thermoforming tooling, and special machines.
Prepared SPC charts as necessary for customer requirements. Served in the
family business from apprentice mold maker, to journeyman mold maker,
engineer, and for the last six years as operations manager. Left the
company to pursue a formal education to posture myself for future
opportunities.
