Internet Call Waiting ("ICW") is a service that will allow Internet users
to receive and manage incoming calls while they are 'online' over their
existing phone line. The user will then decide upon a course of action for
that call or have a predefined course of action for the incoming calls. ICW
was developed in two stages. Stage I (v 10.1) was a trial phase limited to
1500 users. Version 11.1 is a product release with three-tier architecture,
introducing Windows 2000 Server as the ICW Server. Version 11.1 did not
add any additional user features, but identified known requirements for
future phases.
