is to contribute to the advancement of my employer's companies. Tapping
into my vast knowledge of electrical and instrumentation applications, I
strive to rise above all.

commercial electrical and instrumentation fields. Also, I have supervised
many applications, installations, upgrades, new construction, and PM'ing
of many systems and devices consisting of, but not limited to: Motor
control centers, substations, PLC's, SCADA, control systems, information
and signaling systems, high voltage, low voltage, analog and digital, fiber

(electrical, instrumentation, and fiber), grounding, overhead line work, AC
and DC, corrosion protection systems, solid state, transformers, exciters,
RF, relays, switches, cable tray, wire pulling, terminating, stress cones,
and much more. Performed all the applications listed above in these

Previously I was responsible for project maintenance at Air Products
and Chemicals for all sites (employed by contractor). Directly worked with
Senior Field Engineers and Plant Technicians on scheduling, prioritizing,
providing budgetary estimates, and implementing projects. I also provided
supervision in leadership, instruction, and safety to a crew consisting of:
Foreman, Electrical Technicians, Instrument Technicians, Fiber Technicians,
Linesmen, Journeyman Electricians, Instrument Fitters, Wire Pullers,
Welders, Calibrators, Trainees, Helpers, and Laborers. I was responsible
for providing my employer with time, material requisitions, tool
requisitions, records of safety activities, construction reports, and
manpower.
I also was the Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Manager for
Ivy Steel and Wire located in Kingman, Arizona (08/01/06 - 02/20/09). I
independently managed all aspects of the maintenance processes and safety
for Electrical and Instrumentation employees across four shifts. I
developed electrical safety rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and
documentation, to correspond with NFPA 70E. 70E was not being implemented
when I assumed this position. I developed a preventative maintenance
schedule to coincide with the needs of the plant equipment and production.
I implemented new and improved policies and procedures for unscheduled
maintenance to provide the shortest downtime possible for production. I
also designed new electrical and control systems for a twenty-million
dollar expansion the company took on. For three months I assumed the
position of Mechanical Maintenance Manager, along with my normal
responsibilities as E&I Maintenance Manager, and made great improvements in
that department in safety, documentation, policies, and procedures. I was
responsible for designing, accepting bids on, and submitting bids for
approval on all E&I work including New Projects and Project Maintenance.
Therefore, I was solely responsible for coordinating and managing all
contractors on site. I worked with the Continuous Improvement Engineer on
implementing Lean Manufacturing and Five S's at our facility. Also, I was
responsible for developing and implementing a Storm Water Pollution
Prevention Plan (SWP3) for Ivy Steel.
