SUMMARY: Currently working in a private community where there are complex

customer service issues that call for exceptional abilities to promptly

resolve the concerns of the residents while maintaining the standards of

the Association. I developed the Power Point safety demonstration which

became part of the site's protocols. In the past as the Safety Lead for

Andes Candies, I wrote and implemented the safety programs that are

currently in use. Coordinating with management, HR and floor supervisors

safety, Fork Truck, MSDS, LOTO, Fire/Tornado drills and awareness

*Worked towards non-slip shoe policy and key cards before leaving position,

both policies are currently in place

Interacted and trained all seniority levels of employees from production to

management in nonunion facility with limited union exposure at sister

facilities

*Interacted with outside resources including OSHA and WSC as necessary for

better training and regulation procedures

*Internal/external facilities inspections including water treatment and

manufacturing areas

*Accident investigations making recommendations to local and corporate

management
