I was employed at Medical Data Systems, Inc. (MDS) from 1999 to 2009. In October 2009, I was separated
from MDS, as a result of the company’s need to right-size its operation. I was contracted as a consultant for
MDS in November 2009 and was so engaged through June 2010. Responsibilities included serving as
Interim Operations Manager (Sebring, FL) and Manager of the insurance departments at two branch offices
(Sebring and Melbourne, FL).
My strengths include, but are not limited to the achievement of financial goals, client satisfaction, multi-
tasking, training, and interpersonal skills. I have successfully completed state exams and received state
manager’s licenses from Colorado, Nevada, and Tennessee. In addition, I have almost completed all classes
towards a degree as Compliance Officer through the American Collector’s Association .
