information for every picture element in the image.

. Served as product manager for hardware development area of the
SmartMeter product, which encompassed working closely with meter
manufacturers, both internal and external firmware designers and

passed all FCC testing, and met all ANSI standards.

contract management.
. Responsible for creating and implementing ethical hiring practices and
building a top-notch staff.
. Personally managed the following software development projects:
o Millsaps College - 6 member team - Architected eMillsaps board
of trustees proposal that encompassed a UNIX/open source
solution including on-line enrollment, course scheduling,
advisor tools, on-line classrooms, dorm room planning, alumni e-
giving, personal scheduler, on-line cafeteria menus, campus
calendars, interactive library and bookstore, on-line car
registration and traffic violation application. Also provided
XML site creation template to allow the current Millsaps staff
to easily build a robust web site.
o NSA - 5 member team - Designed and developed on-line order
processing/inventory control system which included contact
information management, account reporting, and literature
distribution. It also provided training materials including
streaming video and had multi-lingual support for those
distributors that were in other countries. This solution was
Linux/open source with integration to PIC/DG-UX legacy system.
o Ergon - 5 member team - Developed corporate-wide intranet
solution utilizing NT/Coldfusion.
o First Chemical Corporation - 3 member team - Designed and
developed NT/Lotus Notes based solution that allowed First
Chemical's staff to easily manipulate site content via
databases.
o Horne CPA - 3 member team - Designed and developed NT/Lotus
Notes based solution that allowed Horne's staff to easily
manipulate site content via databases.
o Mississippi Diversified - 25 member team - Developed intranet
application that allowed subscribing members to view automotive
parts databases and confirm prices for repairs. This project was
implemented using an NT/Oracle solution and UML practices.
o Chemfirst, Inc. - 3 member team - Designed and developed
NT/Lotus Notes based solution that allowed Chemfirst's staff to
easily manipulate site content via databases.
o Stuart C. Irby - 6 member team - Developed a contract and
inventory management intranet solution using NT/IIS/SQL.
o EKC Technologies - 2 member team - Designed and developed
NT/Lotus Notes based solution that allowed EKC's staff to easily
manipulate site content via databases.
o Mueller Industries - 4 member team - Developed extranet with
database feed of Mueller's existing inventory system to allow
customers to place and track orders on-line. This was a
UNIX/Linux/Apache/MySQL solution with integration to AS400 DB2
legacy system.
o Mark Frascogna's WOW - 4 member team - Designed e-business
prototype that encompassed full length music videos, movie
trailers, fashion shows, audio books on-line, with the ability
to purchase CD's and other items. This project utilized a
UNIX/Real Networks solution.
