(Temporary) Operations Support Manager (2007–2007)

Hired to help guide Ahtna through transitional period while the search for a

Technical Director was conducted. Served as Raytheon’s point of contact for the US

Army’s Warfighter FOCUS program and supported site survey of various potential

ranges from California to Alaska.

CNI Administrative Services, LLC (Health and Human Services Support), Ridgeland, MS

Program Director (2007) (CPAF contract)

Spearheaded CNI’s $250M Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery contract directing day-to-day

operations and providing the vision for achieving contract success. Developed and

implemented strategic plans, established operational policies and procedures, built and

developed high-performance teams, set contract goals and priorities, managed resources

(including almost 300 employees), and created and promoted a collaborative team

environment. Monitored and evaluated program and operations performance, established

productivity metrics, and instituted a Special Inquiries unit to support external customers.

Recognized and eliminated training and productivity gaps that were preventing CNI from

fulfilling its service level agreements; doubled productivity by establishing and providing

Managed Applied GEO’s entire proposal process to include RFP’s, RFQ’s and RFI’s responses,
