• Developed production incentive increasing output by 30% and reducing labor costs by 32% per unit.

• Negotiated terms of credit facility converting a secured line of credit to unsecured and increasing available

funds 250%.

• Through negotiation and analysis, established a new banking relationship providing an additional $10

million line of credit.
