Research Responsibilities
My responsibility as a researcher is to track, assess and evaluate financial and compliance data,
development and growth of big corporation and assist them with working papers and/or power point
presentation in reviewing acquisition, partnership, legal compliance and managerial finance and
accounting while minimizing costs mostly legal costs through legal and quantitative research and
financial analysis. In short, the use of economics and corporate finance and external reporting to
