Lysander Estuar was an Experienced Consultant in Accenture's System
Integration SAP practice in Southern California. He specializes in SAP

Role Description:
* Best Buy-
* Titles and roles: Technical Architect Lead, SAP Security support, Cutover
Technical Lead for N+1 release strategy for multiple development go lives
in multiple countries. Managed technical Cutover work-stream for Mexico go
live releases and created the process for future country releases of China,
Turkey and the UK for the Best Buy SAP global implementation:
* The N+1 release strategy is the chosen development strategy utilized to
have multiple SAP development streams for multiple go lives in Mexico,
China, Turkey, and UK.
* SAP Basis Responsibilities -
* Provided standard SAP Basis support for development teams.
* Developed Transport Strategy and procedures for continuing developments
to production systems.

technical teams.

* Helped with initial set up of GRC tool then handed over functional
responsibilities to the dedicated SAP Security Team.
* Portal and OSS access was provisioned to help support the SAP Security
Team when in danger of falling behind on meeting a deliverable dead line.

results to vendor.

installation using inst guides.

* Developed company roles for mid sized shop of 3000 end users using
standard ECC 6.0 tools of PFCG and SUIM. Role development was in
correspondence of business role mapping for every position in the company
to proper SAP Authorization Object and plant location assignment.
* Provided SOD awareness and Risk mitigation of role assignments to end
user role requests. ADD-ON tools of GRC with firefighter were in the blue
printing stages of the SAP implementation. Scoped out systems requirements
for blue printing stage.
